Foresight Fairgrounds - The basics
Foresight Fairgrounds is a free game-based software application developed by Foresight Sports, designed to unlock with the FSX 2020 license.
Before installing Foresight Fairgrounds, make sure:
- You have FSX 2020 installed and activated.
- Your PC meets the minimum system requirements:
- OS: Windows 10 or later (64-bit only)
- CPU: Intel i5/i7/i9 (7th Gen or newer) — AMD not recommended
- RAM: 8GB minimum, 16GB+ recommended
- GPU: Nvidia GTX 3060 or better — Quadro and AMD GPUs not supported
Download & Install
- Download the installer guide from the official Foresight Fairgrounds support page.
Activation & First Launch
- Launch the app from your desktop or:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\ForesightFairgrounds
- Sign in with your FSX LIVE credentials.
- The software will validate your license (linked to FSX 2020 or a device subscription).
Connect Your Device
- After login, click Connect a Device.
- Choose Left or Right handed mode.
- Select your launch monitor (e.g., GC3, GCQuad, GCHawk, Falcon, GC3S).
- Enable Auto-Connect if desired.
Game Settings & Play
- Access settings via the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Add players, adjust volume, resolution, and language.
- Choose a mini-game from the main menu and start playing!
How to adjust the hitting line in Foresight fairgrounds (when the image is too “zoomed-in”)
1. Close the Fairground Software.
2. Go to your File Explorer (small yellow folder on your Desktop or Toolbar)
3. This PC (left menu)
4. C: Drive
5. Program Files (x86)
6. Foresight Sports Experience Components folder
7. "Room Config Tool" Application
8. Right-click and "Run as Administrator"
9. Select launch monitor
10. Input accurate measurements (Centre line is DX: 0) > Save & Exit. Reopen FSX/Fairgrounds and test.
If still misaligned, repeat the steps with small tweaks.
