FSX Pro is a free add-on software to the FSX 2020 license. 

You can only access FSX Pro if you have already activated your FSX 2020 license. After the FSX 2020 license is activated with your FSX Live account, you can log into the add-on applications (Fairgrounds and FSX Pro) with your FSX Live username and password. No further activation will be needed. FSX 2020 unlocks two FSX Pro licenses that you can use simultaneously on two devices. Please note that these devices will NOT communicate directly, and all data will be stored LOCALLY. Saved sessions on your iPad will not be retrievable on your computer for example. You can however, import tags from one computer to another.

Your Foresight licenses (=activation codes) will not show up on your account unless you activate them with your FSX Live username and password.

Exemption: If you purchased a pre-owned license bundle or pre-owned Launch monitor that had these licenses attached to it, you would receive a physical license code for FSX Pro and Fairgrounds. In this case, you will need to select the “License activation” option in Pro and enter your FSX Pro activation code to get access to the software.

If you do not have a Windows computer to activate your FSX 2020 license, but you want to gain access to FSX Pro on your iPad, you can reach out to support at support@foresightsports.eu and request a remote activation. During the remote activation, we will need your FSX Live login details and your FSX 2020 license code. We will assign FSX 2020 to your account on our temporary computer. Once you are ready to have FSX 2020 installed on your own computer, you can sign into your FSX Live account online, go to My Account > Licenses, and deactivate the FSX 2020 code from our machine. The code will then be ready for activation on your computer.

Error messages:
“Upgrade to Unlock”: This means that you have not activated your FSX 2020 license yet, or you are not trying to access FSX Pro with the same FSX Live username and password. To clear this message, make sure you have FSX 2020 activated on your FSX Live account online: https://fsxlive.foresightsports.com/ > My Account > Licenses
You might need to perform a Clean uninstallation of FSX Pro: 

1. Open the Windows Start Menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Apps.
4. Select Apps & Features from the left-hand side menu.
5. Select the Program or App that you want to uninstall from the list that appears.
6. Click the uninstall button that shows under the selected program or app.

After this, go to your File Explorer:

Type this into the field: %appdata%

Click on the AppData in the result field

Go through the folders and look for any FSX Pro folders (most likely will be in LocalLow) and delete the whole FSX Pro folder you may find there. PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR DATA FROM THE APP.

Then run the installation file for the latest version.

FSX Pro might have issues loading or it can be crashing if:
- the software/app is not up to date
- you are not connected to the internet before loading the app/software
- there are pending Windows updates on the computer so crucial system files are missing
- your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements
