-Play
-Compete (Closest-to-the-Pin Long Drive, Glass Break, Inside 6 Feet)
-Improve

You can use up to two high-speed cameras in FSX 2020 for video analysis. You can only use 1 high-speed camera for video analysis on a Laptop in FSX 2020. If you are using two cameras on a desktop computer, these need to be installed into a separate USB expansion card otherwise you might experience issues with the performance. Clear indicator of an incorrect camera setup is when one camera disconnects mid-session but re-appears after a restart, and disappears again shortly. In this case, please test the conenction with one camera only.

How to activate FSX 2020 offline hours:
Offline hours allows customer to run the software for 720 in-game hourswithout an active internet connection. You will need an initial internet connection to enable this feature.
To activate offline hours you need to login to your FSX Live account on the Foresight Sports Website - https://performance.foresightsports.com/. It is through your online FSX Live portal that you can manage your FSX license, courses, and activate your offline hours.

To activate your offline hours, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your FSX Live account
  2. Click My Account in the top right of the web page
  3. Select the Licenses tab
  4. Locate the FSX license you wish to go offline
  5. You will see a column for Offline Hours and a Request button, click Request and agree to the pop-up prompt.
PLEASE NOTE - the Deactivate button to the right of Request on the FSX Live Website is to deactivate your FSX Licence from your Computer, not to remove offline hours.
  6. You will now see that your request has been approved.
  7. Now, you will need to launch the FSX 2020 software while connected to the internet. This will activate the software’s offline request.
  8. Exit the software and go back to your FSX Live account, refresh the page. Request Offline hours again, open FSX 2020 to confirm the feature.
  9. Disconnect your internet connection from the computer to test you can gain access to FSX without the connection.

To put your FSX 2020 software back into Online Mode:

  • Open the FSX Software
  • Select the Foresight Logo at the top middle of the Play Compete Improve screen
  • From this pop-up window you can see how many hours you have left. If you press deactivate here this will remove the offline hours
  • Close and re-open the software - the software should now look to validate via the internet on startup and you will be able to access the online features of FSX.

FSX 2020 Licensing rules
FSX 2020 usually comes with a bundle of codes:
- FSX Pro (2 x licenses)
- Foresight Fairgrounds ( 1 x license)

You can only access these applications if you already activated your FSX 2020 license. After the FSX 2020 license is activated with your FSX Live account, you can log into the add-on applications (Fairgrounds and FSX Pro) with your FSX Live username and password. No further activation will be needed.

Your Foresight licenses (=activation codes) will not show up on your account unless you activated them with your FSX Live username and password.

Exemption: If you purchased a pre-owned license bundle or pre-owned Launch monitor that had these licenses attached to, you would receive a physical license code for FSX pro and Fairgrounds. In this case, you will need to select the “License activation” option in Pro or Fairgrounds and enter your username, password and the relevant activation code to get access to the software.

If you do not have a Windows computer to activate your FSX 2020 license, but you want to gain access to FSX Pro on your iPad, you can reach out to support at support@foresightsports.eu and request a remote activation. During the remote activation, we will need your FSX Live login details and your FSX 2020 license code. We will assign FSX 2020 to your account on our temporary computer. Once you are ready to have FSX 2020 installed on your own computer, you can sign into your FSX Live account online, go to My Account > Licenses, and deactivate the FSX 2020 code from our machine. The code will then be ready for activation on your computer.

What is the “License validation error message” or the “Unexpected error occurred” message? This is most likely related to the internet connection, or the license has to be refreshed. Please try these steps:
1. Check the internet connection and reload the FSX 2020 software
2. Log into your FSX Live account online and deactivate the licence (My Account > Licenses)
3. Reload FSX 2020 a few times until it prompts you to log in again.
4. Make sure you are running the latest version of FSX 2020
5. Make sure your Windows system is all up to date
