Where can I find my launch monitor's Serial Number?

GC2: On a sticker near the hinges at the bottom of the GC2.

GC3/GC3S: On a sticker near the QR code at the bottom of the GC3/GC3S

GCQuad/QuadMax: Under the battery at the base of the device. Remove the battery, and it will be on a sticker.

Falcon/GCHawk: You would need a software tool to check this. Launch or download the Hardware Diagnostic Tool, connect the device, and the second column will show the Serial number and the current Firmware version. You can download this tool directly from this link: Hardware Diagnostic Tool
