Touchscreen doesn't turn on
If your touchscreen isn’t turning on, please try the following:
1. Check power – make sure the screen is plugged in and powered on.
If the LED light is on (green/orange) the monitor has power.
2. Check the HDMI cable – ensure it’s securely connected to the graphics card, not the motherboard.
3. If you're using an additional monitor, (e.g a projector) turn it on to help detect the touchscreen.
4. Try a different HDMI port or cable if available.
5. Restart both the PC and touchscreen.
