How to install an English Windows language pack?
1. Open Settings
Press Windows key + I to open the Settings window.
2. Go to Time & Language
Click on Time & Language, then select Language & Region.
3. Add a Language
Under Preferred languages, click Add a language.
4. Search for English
Type English in the search box. Choose the appropriate version (e.g., English (United Kingdom) or English (United States)), then click Next.
5. Install Language Pack
Make sure Install language pack is checked. You can also choose to set it as your display language. Click Install.
6. Set as Display Language (Optional)
After installation, if you didn’t set it earlier, click the new language and choose Set as Windows display language.
7. Restart Your PC
Some changes may require a restart to take effect.
