How to Purchase Software

• Through a Sales Representative

  • After purchase, you’ll receive a one-time activation code in your fulfilment email.

  • Download and install the software, then use the activation code to tie it to your FSX Live account.

• As Part of a Bundle

  • If your bundle includes a PC, FSX Play or FSX 2020 is pre-installed and activated on the PC before shipment.

  • If your bundle does not include a PC, you’ll receive a one-time activation code by email.

• Through the Foresight Sports Online Shop

  • After purchase, a one-time activation code will be emailed to the purchaser.

  • Download and install the software, then enter the code during setup.

Subscription Requirements for Software

• For subscription-based devices (GC3s, Launch Pro, LPi), an active Gold Subscription unlocks FSX Play, FSX 2020, FSX Pro, and Fairgrounds.

• No activation code is required — your subscription itself is the license.

• If your subscription expires, access to the software (and any associated courses) will be suspended until renewed.

Special License Bundles

• FSX 2020 Activation

  • Includes two FSX Pro codes.

  • Includes one Foresight Fairgrounds code.

  • These codes appear on your Licenses page at performance.foresightsports.com, but you do not need to manually use them.

  • Simply log into FSX Pro or Foresight Fairgrounds with the same FSX Live account you used to activate FSX 2020, and access will be granted.

Activating Your Software License

1. Open the software (FSX Play, FSX 2020, FSX Pro, Fairgrounds).

2. Log in with your FSX Live account credentials.

3. Enter the activation code if prompted (FSX Play/FSX 2020 only).

4. Once redeemed, the license is tied to your FSX Live account.

Deactivating & Reinstalling

• To move your software to a new PC, log into performance.foresightsports.com.

• Go to My Account → Licenses.

• Deactivate your software license.

• Reinstall and reactivate the software on your new PC with the same FSX Live account (no new activation code required).

Our Support Limitations

• Software licenses are non-transferable. They remain tied to the original FSX Live account.

• A license can only be active on one PC at a time. Multiple installations require multiple quantities of the same license.

• We cannot move software licenses between accounts.

The “Grey Area” for Second-Hand Sales

• If login credentials are provided in a second-hand sale, the buyer may be able to use the original owner’s software.

When to Contact Support

Contact our Support Team if:

• You cannot activate your software after purchase.

• Your software fails validation even after deactivation/reactivation.

• You purchased a bundle but the included software is not showing on your FSX Live account.

Please include:

• Your FSX Live account email

• The software title (FSX Play, FSX 2020, FSX Pro, Fairgrounds)

• A copy of your purchase confirmation or activation code

FAQ

Can I use my software on multiple PCs?
Not unless you purchase multiple licenses.

Why do I see FSX Pro and Fairgrounds codes on my Licenses page after activating FSX 2020?
Those codes are granted automatically with FSX 2020. You do not need to use them — just log into FSX Pro or Fairgrounds with the same FSX Live account and access is provided.

Can I transfer my software license if I sell my device?
No. Software is tied to the FSX Live account, not to a device, and is non-transferable.

What if my PC crashes and I lose my install?
Log into performance.foresightsports.com, deactivate your license, and reinstall on the new PC.

Is software tied to my launch monitor serial number?
No. Software licenses are tied only to your FSX Live account.
