How do I update the Firmware on the GCHawk?
To update your GCHawk Firmware, please follow the steps below:1. Locate the GCHawk Firmware on the GCHawk Support Page2. Download and Run the GCHawk Firmware Installation File3. Power On and Connect your GCHawk using the USB-C Cable provided with the product or the Ethernet Cable option.4. Click on Scan (might need to click on it twice for the Hawk to pop up), and select to Update the Firmware once prompted by the application.5. Be sure to wait for the entire process to complete. This may restart your GCHawk automatically. Once complete, you will see a CLOSE option on the application window.
