QuadMAX Firmware update

To update your QMAX Firmware, please follow the steps below:

1. Locate the QMAX Firmware on the QuadMAX Support Page
2. Download and Run the QMAX Firmware Installation File
3. Power On and Connect your QMAX using the USB-C Cable provided with the product.
It will not work with an Ethernet cable.
4. Select to Update the Firmware once prompted by the application
5. Be sure to wait for the entire process to complete. This may restart your QMAX automatically.

Once complete, you will see a CLOSE option on the application window.
