GC3 battery recalibration

When to Recalibrate
- Battery stuck at 0% even after charging
- Battery jumps quickly to 100%
- Fast discharge
- Voltage and charge level mismatch (e.g., 100% at 7V)

Requirements
GC3 must be running firmware PLM FW V1.14.4.91 or later
Battery voltage must be between 7–8V

Steps to Recalibrate**
1. Access Battery Info Menu
2. Tap the main menu
3. Tap the battery icon
4. Check the STATUS field for calibration flags
5. Start Calibration Wizard
6. Swipe left to the Battery Calibration screen
7. Press Start
8. Connect the charger
9. Device will charge fully, then begin discharge phase (can take up to 8 hours)
10. Device will auto shut down when complete

Post-Calibration
Reconnect the charger to restart
Battery will show 0% initially—allow time to recharge
STATUS should read: 1 0 0 0 0 for successful calibration
