Fix Falcon Club Data Issues
Understanding the Core Issue: Why Club Data Isn’t Being Captured
The good news is that this issue is typically not hardware-related but rather a configuration setting that has been inadvertently turned off.
In many cases, the Falcon device appears to be functioning normally—lights are on, it connects to the app, and swing data is captured—but the club data is missing.
The Most Common Cause: Club Mode Disabled in App Settings
The most frequent reason behind this behaviour is that the club data feature has been disabled in the app settings. Even if the Falcon is physically connected and calibrated, the system will not record club-specific information if the club mode is turned off.
This setting is located within the Foresight App or FSX Play, depending on your setup. Specifically, users must ensure that the club data option is enabled under the device settings. Here’s how to verify it:
- Open the Foresight App or FSX Play on your iPad.
- Navigate to Settings > Devices.
- Locate your Falcon device in the list.
- Check that the Club is turned on.
If this setting is off, the Falcon will not send club data.
If the club mode is turned on, but the Falcon is still not receiving club data
In some cases the reason is more complex and the Falcon might need a recalibration. Please follow the steps below:
Falcon Recalibration Steps (Overhead Calibration)

Further Environmental Checklist for Missing Club Data (Falcon / Hawk)
Clean the Camera Lenses
- Use compressed air, lens wipes, or a microfibre cloth.
- Dust or smudges can interfere with marker tracking.
Check Fiducial Marker Application
- Use only official Foresight club markers.
- Follow the Fiducial Application Guide.
- Markers must be clean, flat, and properly adhered — no peeling or bubbles.
Clean the Club Face
- Dirt, grass, or moisture can obscure markers.
- Wipe down between shots if needed.
