Device Locked

Device Locked

Devices are registered to the regions where they were purchased. You can check your assigned regions:
GCQuad: Press OK on the Quad > ABOUT > Screen 2
If you are using the device outside of these territories, it will lock as a security measure.
It can potentially also lock if you are using a VPN, as this would set a location outside of the device's territories, which could also lock the device.
Please change your VPN to a local network to unlock it, connect the Quad in your software Device settings or plug it directly into your router via ethernet cable, keep it connected for 15 minutes, then restart the device.
GC3: Make sure VPN is not enabled on your router or computer, or change it to a local network, then connect the GC3 to your Wifi.
