Device not connecting

If your GCQuad is not visible in the Device settings, please check the following:
1. Have you tested all connection types? (Ethernet/USB-C/Wifi)
2. Have you tested different cables?
3. Have you tried unplugging and plugging the cable back on each end?4. Can you test the cable with another device to confirm that it's working?5. Have you tested the connection in other software types? (FSX 2020/FSX Play/FSX Pro)
6. Is your device Firmware up to date?*
7. Is your Software up to date?**
8. If it's a wireless connection, can you confirm that the device is connected to your computer's/Mobile device/s Wifi network settings?
Please note: Wifi password for all Launch Monitor is FSSPORTS.
9. In FSX 2020, there is a _FILTER _button in the Device settings. Please check that your selected connection type is enabled.

*The latest Firmware version is published on the Hardware Support website for each launch monitor. https://support.foresightsports.com/support/hardware
**The latest Software version is published on the Software Support website for each Software.
