GCQuad not picking up shots

GCQuad not picking up shots

If your GCQuad is not collecting shot data (ball & club)
1. Clean camera lenses (compressed air, lens wipes, microfiber cloth).
2. Test the Launch Monitor standalone (disconnected from computer or mobile device)
3. Try different environments and send setup photos.
4. Ensure the unit is level with the hitting surface.
5. Make sure the hitting mat is securely fixed to the floor.
6. Avoid patterned/colored balls—send a photo of your standard ball.
7. Test with multiple clubs - send photos if polished faces/hozels are used.
8. Hit near the centre of the hitting area.
9. Update the GCQuad's Firmware version: https://help.foresightsports.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058144654-GCQuad-Firmware
10. Make sure GCQuad is set to the correct handedness.

If the issue still exists, please send an email to support@foresightsports.eu confirming:- GCQuad Serial number and Firmware version.
